Co-leading Oxford Edge Early Childhood Hackathon

Promoting ethical innovation in early childhood technology through collaborative hackathon focused on child-centered design principles.

The Oxford Edge Early Childhood Hackathon brought together designers, developers, educators, and child development experts to create innovative solutions for young children's technology experiences. Participants worked in interdisciplinary teams to prototype AI-powered tools that prioritize children's wellbeing and development.

The hackathon featured workshops on ethical design principles, mentoring sessions with leading researchers, and presentations from industry practitioners. The event resulted in several promising prototypes that are now being developed further in collaboration with our research lab.
